When i open the app, it pops up the rate the app screen and it wont let me press any of the choices.... Bad app doesnt work

Downloaded update Put in same passcode Now it wont open app But for only .99 u can type in "I forgot passcode " and you can access your data Held for ransom without a gun Is this the future of Apple apps every time they need a few extra million?
